Peroski's and pastries. Both are excellent here. Definitely not a good place for the waistline, but a great place for the soul.

You had me at Russian bakery. Everything I had was fantastic. Chebureki, piroshki, wish we had this in Vegas. No real Russian or Lithuanian food in my town. Next time I'm in town I'm bringing a cooler and freezing a bunch to bring home. Спасибо большое!

The food was delivered straight from the refrigerator thru Grubhub. Cabbage rolls, soup, piroshki were ice cold. Restaurant did not bother heating up anything. Therefore, I doubt if it was fresh and threw it away. How could they do that? Will never order from them again. Grubhub gave me a lousy $10 discount on next order. That order was $40. I will never order from them again. What the hell did they have in mind sending food straight from the refrigerator. They could have at least nuked it. I was furious.

We came in for the large apricot hamantaschen (not sure why they don't do prune!), but wound up with a cherry strudel instead, both of which are tasty. It happens. Besides those and other sweet treats (e.g., pecan diamonds, cookies), there are plenty of savory treats, too (e.g., piroski in various flavors, eggplant items, borsht, walnuts in fruit leather, etc.).
